TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading education body in their search for a Property Coordinator. Based in Melbourne, this role offers the chance to support schools with property management, leases, and real estate transactions while working within a collaborative and supportive team.

This is 3 month temp opportunity is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for property administration to step into a meaningful role in the education sector.

Reponsibilities Include:

  • Manage school property leases, including renewals, rent reviews, and agreements.
  • Oversee property maintenance, liaising with contractors and ensuring payments are handled.
  • Handle general administration, filing, document preparation, and invoice processing.
  • Support property acquisitions, leases, land management, and legal documentation.
  • Respond to property-related enquiries from schools and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with due diligence, property searches, and managing contracts.
  • Maintain property records and ensure compliance with property regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property administration, real estate, or lease management.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with schools, contractors, and legal teams.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
  • A team player with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
