Salary: AUD48 - AUD50 per hour + Super

Based in Melbourne, this initial contract role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, supporting the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects across a growing and evolving function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of multiple concurrent projects
  • Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
  • Take ownership of meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes and follow-ups
  • Manage calendars, inboxes, and scheduling across key stakeholders
  • Draft clear and professional communications, including emails to senior leadership
  • Track actions, deadlines, and project progress to ensure smooth delivery
  • Provide general project and administrative support across a fast-moving team
  • Work closely with leadership to translate ideas into structured plans and outputs

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Officer / PMO support role
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator, comfortable drafting emails and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Strong administrative and coordination skills across calendars, meetings, and documentation
  • Proactive, adaptable, and willing to get involved across both project and operational tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a good sense of humour and strong cultural fit
