Salary: AUD140000 - AUD150000 per annum + Super

TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a long-standing Australian fashion business entering an exciting new chapter of growth. Known for its timeless designs and loyal customer base, the brand has a strong retail presence across boutiques and department store concessions nationally and is now seeking a Head of Retail to lead and elevate its retail division.

Based in Carlton, this is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a circa $150k + Super (depending on experience).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the retail network across boutiques and department store concessions nationally

  • Support and mentor two State Managers and an Inventory Planner, driving engagement and performance

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences

  • Analyse sales trends and KPIs to inform strategy and identify opportunities for growth

  • Partner with the Marketing and Design teams on seasonal campaigns, in-store activations, and promotional planning

  • Provide strategic input into retail and business planning, including buy plans and sales forecasts

  • Collaborate closely with Finance and the Director on budgets, targets, and business performance

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in retail leadership, ideally within premium or women’s fashion

  • Proven ability to lead multi-site teams and deliver strong commercial outcomes

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders

  • Sound understanding of retail KPIs, inventory management, and customer experience principles

  • Hands-on leader with the confidence to drive strategy while staying close to operations
