Based in Melbourne, this 6-month temporary role plays a critical part in strengthening international program governance, compliance, and service delivery ahead of a major audit period.

This opportunity is ideal for a proactive professional with strong international education experience who can take ownership of projects, drive process improvement, and support compliance across international enrolment operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead a significant international compliance and governance project

• Review, map, and improve processes aligned to CRICOS, ESOS, National Code, and visa requirements

• Support preparation for upcoming international compliance audits

• Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies and develop practical improvement solutions

• Produce clear documentation, reporting, and process maps (including enrolment, visa and passport data)

• Work closely with internal stakeholders across international admissions, compliance, and leadership

• Support broader international growth objectives through improved service delivery and systems

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in international education, compliance, or governance

• Experience within tertiary education, government, consulting, or international organisations

• Recent exposure to compliance, auditing, legislation, or regulatory frameworks

• Proven ability to take initiative, lead workstreams, and drive outcomes independently

• Highly detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical skills

• Experience in process improvement or project-based work highly regarded
