TwoScots Recruitment is proud to partner with a niche, purpose-led NDIS organisation seeking an experienced Senior Plan Management Lead / Team Leader for a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This role steps in at a critical time, providing leadership, stability and oversight across the Plan Management function while the organisation continues to evolve its service model.

• 6-month fixed-term contract with potential to extend or convert

• Salary: $85,000 – $90,000 + Super (experience dependent)

• Hybrid working model – 3 days office / 2 days WFH

• Office based in Prahran

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight of Plan Management financial operations

• Review and approve invoices, payment runs and financial transactions

• Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and legislation

• Conduct audits and quality checks to maintain accuracy and mitigate risk

• Act as a senior escalation point for team and participant enquiries

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• 12–24+ months’ experience in NDIS Plan Management (essential)

• Strong understanding of NDIS language, financial processes and compliance

• Confident, calm leader comfortable working in a fast-changing environment

• Proactive and improvement-focused mindset

• Personable, supportive communicator who thrives in a collaborative team
