TwoScots Recruitment is excited to partner with a fast-growing global sportswear brand in their search for a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join the team. Based in Melbourne, this part time opportunity runs through to March 2026 and plays a key role supporting wholesale partners across Australia & New Zealand with accurate order processing, documentation, and inventory coordination.

This opportunity is ideal for an organised admin professional with strong Excel skills and experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or wholesale operations—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process wholesale orders accurately and on time, maintaining orderbook controls

• Liaise with logistics/warehouse teams to track fulfilment and update stakeholders on delays or changes

• Maintain inventory spreadsheets/systems: stock levels, allocations, product codes/SKUs

• Perform high-volume data entry across CRM/ERP systems

• Organise and maintain key account documentation (contracts, comms, process docs)

• Produce standard reports on sales figures, order status, and team metrics as required

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven admin/data-entry experience (wholesale, logistics, or account services preferred)

• Excel capability (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and strong attention to detail

• Confident juggling multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment

• Nice-to-have: exposure to Salesforce, Microsoft D365, SPS, Looker, or similar systems

• Interest in the sportswear/fashion industry is a bonus
