Based in Toorak, this role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in proposals, tenders, and client-facing activities to contribute to business growth and showcase their expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and submit tenders, proposals, and capability statements for commercial maintenance and facilities management projects

  • Prepare compelling presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral that reflect the company’s brand and service offering

  • Collaborate with the business development team to understand client requirements and tailor submissions accordingly

  • Maintain an up-to-date library of templates, case studies, project references, and company credentials

  • Assist in market research and competitor analysis to enhance proposal strategies

  • Support sales activities by coordinating client meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on documentation

  • Ensure all documents and submissions are professionally presented, accurate, and compliant with client requirements

  • Work closely with management to refine company image and ensure consistency in all communications


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, marketing, or tender/proposal management within commercial maintenance, facilities management, or property services

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
