Based in Melbourne, this role plays a key part in shaping and delivering digital learning initiatives across a large, multi-site education environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced eLearning or Learning Systems professional who enjoys owning learning platforms, leading LMS implementations, and designing effective online learning experiences that genuinely support staff capability and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the organisation’s Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, enrolments, and user access
• Lead the implementation and ongoing optimisation of a new LMS platform
• Oversee the design and delivery of engaging, high-quality online learning using adult learning principles
• Partner with educators and subject matter experts to translate complex content into effective digital learning
• Provide expert advice on learning technologies and digital learning solutions
• Lead eLearning initiatives and projects, driving continuous improvement and system adoption

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in an eLearning, instructional design, or learning systems role
• Strong hands-on experience managing an LMS (Canvas highly regarded)
• Solid understanding of adult learning theory and digital learning design
• Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and delivering outcomes
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working autonomously
