Based in Keysborough, this is a temporary full-time position with strong potential to transition to a permanent role for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain effective daily and weekly rosters for home care clients

• Liaise with carers, clients, and families to ensure smooth service delivery and minimal disruption

• Manage schedule changes and cancellations in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain accurate data within the organisation’s CRM system (Nightingale)

• Communicate effectively with the wider operations and care teams to support seamless service provision

• Assist with administrative and reporting tasks as required

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year in rostering, scheduling, or coordination within aged care or home care

• System Skills: Proficiency with CRM or rostering software (Nightingale experience advantageous)

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage sensitive conversations with empathy

• Team Fit: Collaborative, mature, and respectful — comfortable working alongside an experienced and close-knit team

• Attitude: Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
