The business is now seeking a Part-Time Merchandise Planner to support its planning and inventory functions during an exciting period of continued growth.

Based in Carlton, this is a part-time opportunity (2 days per week) offering a salary circa $85k – $95k FTE + Super (pro-rata), depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly and monthly trade analysis, including post-season insights and performance reporting
• Support in-season planning to drive sales, GP and product performance
• Manage stock flow including allocations, rotations, promotions and markdowns across retail and online
• Conduct size and store analysis to optimise allocation and product performance
• Liaise with retail and eCommerce teams to provide insights and support trading decisions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory coordination within retail
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support trading decisions
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence working across planning/reporting tools
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Interest in fashion, product and customer trends highly regarded
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Fashion or similar (preferred but not essential)
