ABOUT THE COMPANY

TwoScots are partnering with a leading Australian retail group to recruit an experienced eCommerce Trading Specialist to join their growing online team. This 12 month mat leave contract is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established retail eCommerce website during a key trading period, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Own the day-to-day trading and performance of the eCommerce website
• Drive online sales, conversion and performance against weekly and monthly targets
• Manage product, pricing, promotional activity and onsite merchandising
• Analyse website performance and optimise the customer journey to drive growth
• Manage CRM/eDM activity and work with agencies across SEM, SEO, Google and Meta

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in an eCommerce trading or eCommerce management role
• Strong commercial focus with experience driving online sales and conversion
• Hands-on experience managing an eCommerce website, ideally Shopify / Shopify Plus
• Retail or product-based eCommerce experience highly regarded
• Strong understanding of digital performance, CRM/eDM, SEM and website analytics
