Senior Leader - Supported Living - Dorset - £40K+ (BBBH5208) Dorset, England

Salary: GBP40000 - GBP42000 per annum + Bonus and Pension

Hampton’s are currently working exclusively with our client who is an organisation that is rated Outstanding by CQC and is recognised as a leading provider for work supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues, Autism and other support needs, who have been labelled as challenging or complex. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them as they search for an outstanding Senior Leader to join their established Senior Management Team.

This client designs and delivers tailor-made solutions, giving people the freedom to live in their own home and have control over their own life and their future. They are looking for someone that has experience opening new services as they are making the transition into Dorset, ideally you will have commissioning experience and a good mentality to be able to achieve the best for the company and maintain the outstanding care being given.

 

Salary: £40,000 (which will increase as you grow the service)

Location: Dorset
