Salary: GBP49000 - GBP50000 per annum

Hampton’s are currently working in exclusive partnership with our highly sought after client who is one of the leading Health & Social care provider in the Midlands, providing support to 100s of individuals with learning disabilities, complex needs, autism & mental health needs. As a result of their continued passion to provide the highest standard of care, we are supporting them to recruit a Regional Manager to cover their services within Birmingham.

You will be reporting to the Head of Adult’s Services and your main responsibility would be to manage 7 services in their area which includes, residential, supported living and day services. You will be providing support and leading the service managers to achieve excellence in all areas.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Full driving licence
  • Flexible leadership
  • Professional manner and presentation
  • Ability to self-manage and plan and organise own workload
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager is essential
  • Excellent understanding of written and spoken English
  • Have an NVQ Level 5 in Health &Social care Management or working towards it.
  • Empathetic to people and kind
  • Good communication skills
  • A desire to genuinely help other people and make a difference
