About the role;
A blend of Agile Delivery Lead, Iteration Manager and Scrum Master hats to work with a team of engineers, Product and Channel managers to build out our technology products.
You will play a key leadership role to ensure the delivery of our platforms using agile methodologies. It is expected that they will have a thorough understanding of IT along with experience in iterative and incremental delivery and rebuilding/redesigning existing products on top of entirely new cloud services and new architecture.
This role requires a strong background and experience working on digital IOT projects, Online stores, data and integration platforms.
Day to Day Responsibilities include;
- Develop high quality, scalable and performant solutions
- Taking ownership of deliverables and delivering within time frames
- Work collaboratively with product/channel owners and the engineering team
- Lead and coach the teams on agile techniques and practices
- Facilitate workshops in agile best practices
- Manage and guide requirements and deliver outcomes based on agile principals, values and behaviours
- Act as a gatekeeper and protect the engineering team from distractions
- Manage and guide requirements in order to prevent continually changing requirements
- Support and educate the product and channel owners on building and maintaining product backlogs
- Build a high performing team
- Ownership of obstacles and blockers and use of continuous improvement techniques to remove bottlenecks in the delivery process
Skills Required;
- 3-5 years as an Agile Delivery Lead, IT Iteration Manager or Scrum Master/Business Analyst
- Proven experience across end to end projects using Agile/Scrum project management methodologies
- Strong experience working on digital IOT projects
- Task board management with Azure Devops
- Understanding code testability, experience in build pipelines and DevOps (CI/CD systems)
- Negotiate quality, detail, scope or deadlines as per customer directions and priorities
- Comfortable resolving conflict and to facilitate discussion on alternative approaches
- Thorough understanding of IT along with an understanding of the elements of iterative and incremental delivery
- Experience in gradually rebuilding/redesigning existing products on top of entirely new cloud services and new architecture
- Strong analytical, investigative and troubleshooting skills
- Agile/ Scrum Certifications
