Networking Practice Manager

Networking Practice Manager (BBBH7989) Sydney CBD, Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD220000 - AUD250000 per annum

About the role:

This is a key role for the business and will focus on business development, practice development and product management functions, which will accelerate success across the Networking practice, ensuring that the practice and business grows in line with the global solutions and services strategy

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the Networking practice working closely with internal stakeholders to assist with the development and enablement of strategy 
  • Translate national network strategy into a 12-month outlook
  • Execute plans and critical success criteria 
  • Ongoing growth and development of the Practice including managing large enterprise accounts in NSW 
  • Managing conflict surrounding short term delivery and long-term business growth goals
  • Presentations of solutions, delivery programs and business plans
  • "Go to Market" lead for the practice and align the sales with key opportunities 
  • Understand value proposition of software to networking clients on Infrastructure transformations
  • Support strategic deals and client engagement practices and mentor team accordingly 
  • Resourcing requirements and allocation when required

Skills Required: 

  • Proven track record of leading a successful Practice with a focus on Networking within Infrastructure
  • Experience owning the product/ portfolio for a networking practice, strategically planning and enabling growth 
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of handling large P&L for the business unit across NSW
  • Strong leadership qualities, with proven examples of leading teams of 15-30 people 
  • Ideally experience from professional services or MSP background
  • Industry experience for Retail/ FMCG would be beneficial but not essential
  • Substantial experience in managing large revenue streams of $80 million plus
  • Understanding and ability to articulate the value add to new potential client infrastructure transformations
