Senior Digital Project Manager - ITSM (BBBH8029) Sydney CBD, Sydney, Australia
About the role;
This role is for a Senior Project Manager to deliver Digital projects across the Digital portfolio, initially to replace and deliver a new IT Service Management system then moving to other Digital projects within the portfolio. ServiceNow experience would be strongly desired.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Delivering project using Prince2 best practice
- Coordinating all project activities and meetings to drive project forward
- Development and delivery of project documentation, reports and presentations
- Working closely with 3rd party vendors and building strong relationships
- Strong understanding of business change management
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Perform risk and incident management to minimise project distribution and risks
- Working closely with Web Developers to deliver projects
- Working with the Digital team to replace the ITSM platform and deliver a new service desk platform
Essential Skills:
- Must have Project Management certification in with Prince2/ PMBOK
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in delivering solutions and projects in an enterprise environment
- Minimum 10 years Project Management experience delivering large scale projects end to end in integration
- Technical knowledge of business system integration technologies and project experience
- Delivered at least one major IT Service Management Project and can show detailed knowledge of ITIL
- Broad experience within the Digital world across CMS technologies, UX/UI, Enterprise integration platforms
