Project Manager - Crawley/ Sussex area

About the role of Project Manager

Looking for a project manager to work on a permanent basis for a Tier 2 Principle Contractor. The value of their projects range from £2,000,000 to £10,000,000. Looking for someone with a background in facades/ cladding and scaffolding experience preferable.

Responsibilities of Project Manager

• Manage the day-to-day running of site
• Supervise subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety legislation and company procedures
• Carry out site inspections and maintain high standards throughout the project
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and health and safety documentation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and the wider project team
• Attend progress meetings and provide regular project updates
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

Requirements of Project Manager

• Previous experience as a Project Manager
• Valid SMSTS
• CSCS black card
• First Aid at Work qualification
• Strong knowledge of current health and safety regulations
• Full UK driving licence
