Key Responsibilities:

Manage properties to maximize income and client retention
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with contractors and landlords
Ensure compliance with all property legislation, including gas, fire, electrical, and HMO regulations
Handle tenancy renewals, deposits, and landlord correspondence
Maintain accurate records in property management systems

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience in property management or lettings is preferred, but non-property experienced candidates will be considered
Full driving licence and own car are essential
