Event Security Steward / Permanent Casual Role / £14.30 per hour / Manchester-based

Are you SIA licensed, DBS checked, and ready to be part of something exciting?
We’re looking for professional, proactive, and people-focused Security Stewards to join our team in Manchester. This is your chance to play a key role in delivering safe and memorable experiences at some of the city’s biggest events and venues.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of spectators, staff, and yourself
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-event safety checks
• Manage crowd flow and assist with entry and exit procedures
• Monitor crowd behaviour and respond to incidents
• Operate radios and communicate effectively with your team
• Provide basic emergency first aid and support emergency services
• Assist with evacuations and follow safety protocols

What You’ll Need:

• Valid SIA Licence
• Up-to-date Enhanced DBS Check
• Excellent communication and situational awareness
• A calm, confident, and professional approach
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days
• Previous stewarding or security experience is a bonus – full training provided
