Supplier Portal Administrator / Yeovil / £19.10 per hour 

About the Role

Our client, a leading Aerospace and defence organisation are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to support their Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) function. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of internal and external procurement portals, supporting supplier onboarding, and maintaining governance documentation and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Portal & Supplier Support

  • Act as the primary point of contact for portals including SupplyOn (Airsupply), Supplier Portal (C-folders & Engineering Standards), and internal SharePoint sites.
  • Support  with onboarding suppliers to SupplyOn and assist in rolling out new functionalities.
  • Manage application requests for access to the Supplier Portal and associated tools.
  • Deliver training to internal users and suppliers on portal usage and coordinate training sessions.

Governance & Administrative Support

  • Assist with SAP system upgrades, portal functionality testing, and application role testing.
  • Maintain and update user guides and training materials for portals and associated applications.
  • Support the review and update of UK and cross-geo P&SC user guides on SharePoint.
  • Act as the UK point of contact for SAP Master Data updates, including Vendor Master, Customer Master, and Partner Functions.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience with procurement systems and supplier portals (e.g., SupplyOn, SAP, SharePoint) is highly desirable.
  • Confident in delivering training and supporting users at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
