As a Planner, you’ll be the linchpin between planning, execution, and performance reporting. Your meticulous attention to detail and ability to navigate complex schedules will drive our success. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our aircraft production stays on track and meets business objectives.

  • Final Assembly Plans: Develop and maintain level 2 Final Assembly plans, considering build logic and material availability.
  • Schedule Reporting: Provide timely, detailed schedule reports, including financial and contractual milestones.
  • Technical Labour Planning: Estimate costs and create labour profiles for technical labour across departments.
  • SAP Networks: Manage SAP networks, ensuring accurate data and timely closures.
  • Operations Network Activities: Load activities correctly, track start/finish dates, and manage budget hours.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with teams to enhance planning and reporting processes.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships within the Company
  • Additional Tasks: Be adaptable and handle other reasonable tasks assigned by the Business Performance & Works Analysis Manager.


Ideal person

  • Computer literate with proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
  • HNC level qualification in a numerical-based subject or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Understanding of planning techniques (work breakdown structures, dependencies, risk contingency, etc.).

Nice to have:

  • Financial awareness (budgets, cost tracking, variance).
  • Knowledge of Earned Value techniques.

This is a one year temporary assignment with the potential to extend, Monday to Friday 37 hours per week

Must be eligible for BPSS security clearance
