Our client is a well-known building society with headquarters in Swindon; As one of the largest savings and mortgage providers in the UK, 15 million members are at the heart of everything they do. 

On behalf of this organisation, AMS are looking for a PPI Quality Assurance Handler for a 6 Month contract that will be based Remotely.

Purpose of the Role:

You will sit as part of a PPI remediation project. This team will be responsible for the Quality of controls, ensuring teams adhere to process, policy, procedure standards and prescribed regulations.

You will manage the escalation of cases, remediation and redress process through to final resolution, ensuring fair customer outcomes.

As a PPI Quality Assurance Handler you will be responsible for:

• Quality checking full complaints investigations, supporting case handlers on improvements if necessary and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Quality checking full complaints investigations by case handlers, inline with company policies and FCA regulations
• Support process improvement through providing results during testing.
• Work collaboratively with other all teams and colleagues, ensuring consistence to quality assurance approach and best practise across the business
• Quality check complaints
• Split in to different elements may not do full end to end must have full investigation experience
• Manage the escalation of cases, remediation and redress process through to final resolution, ensuring fair customer outcomes.

What we require from the candidate:

• Experience of Quality Assurance within regulated environment
• A proven ability to identify issues and identify areas of improvement and identifying trends within testing
• Experience in dealing with complex issues surrounding compliance and best practice  
• Ability to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines  
• Existing PPI experience/ knowledge
• Self driven and motivated

Hours of work – Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 8am to 4pm
