IT Trainer – Dover / Flexible

IT Trainer required for a leading Manufacturing company based in Dover to be responsible for working with the Global Marketing teams across the organisation to ensure that we are using the platform to its full potential. To work across all levels of the organisation to ensure all required users have the necessary skills and knowledge to confidently use the system through the use of workshops and training materials along with developing a set of learning materials and structured programmes of training to ensure all users are able to leverage the most from the solution.

The ideal candidate will have worked within a role involving Training or being a ‘Super User’ previously. Any knowledge of SAP especially within SAP Marketing Cloud would be highly advantageous. Training will be provided on SAP if needed.

This role is hybrid with the number of remote days increasing to suit when training (if needed) has been completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the business partner and advocate of SAP Marketing Cloud (SMC)
  • Support the future deployments of SMC and Marketing applications
  • globally
  • Develop and manage initiatives to drive adoption of the systems
  • Identify and propose business process improvements
  • Propose appropriate system enhancements and work together with the
  • business to communicate their requirements to the CRM Technical team
  • Responsibility for the data within the CRM solution

Key Skills

  • Previous experience within an IT Trainer or Super User role
  • Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and able to articulate business challenges in a non-technical manner.
  • To explain complex issues and technical requirements clearly and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Multitask and manage multiple deliverables and tasks at the same time
  • Ability to influence and make decisions
  • Able to think creatively and come up with clever solutions
  • Some exposure to marketing automation would be advantageous (SMC, Marketo, Salesforce pardot)
  • Experience of sourcing data, KPIs, metrics and reports around campaigns & results
  • Demonstrable experience of identifying improvements
  • Involvement in or exposure to Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Knowledge of the principles and good practice in data protection and information sharing

 

Salary: £34,000 per annum plus benefits.
