Customer Experience Manager required for a leading manufacturing company based in Tamworth to be responsible for designing the visual and user-experience elements of websites and cross-platform apps. This role requires someone with design expertise and a user-centred approach to advise, design and deliver on what our products and services should look and behave like. You’ll be the voice in the business and customers for all usability, accessibility and design patterns, so it is essential you are able to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Conceptualization – Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
  • Product/Service Development – Solve known problems and/or deliver defined outcomes by performing designated development/engineering activities using existing systems.
  • Digital Channels and Technology Management – Support digital channel management by analysing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, feedback from cross functional partners, and site feature/functionality enhancement.
  • Customer Experience Mapping – Perform and implement techniques such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles.
  • Customer Experiences Implementation – Test new customer experiences and provide feedback for improvement.
  • E-commerce – Support in preparing or organizing online storefront sales material, including product descriptions or subject lines, optimizing content to search engine criteria for a single product or small set of products.
  • Digital Marketing Plan Execution – Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Data Exploration – Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.
  • Innovation Implementation and Pipeline Management – Work on activities within the development plan and apply the most suitable procedures.
  • Customer Needs/Experience Research – Contribute to the understanding of customer segments, trends, needs, and expectations by reporting and providing feedback on client interactions.

  • Project Management – Works with guidance (but not constant supervision) to manage projects and/or programs within desired cost, time and quality parameters.
  • IT Implementation and integration – Works without supervision and provides technical guidance when required on implementing, configuring and optimizing IT systems and services, while ensuring smooth integration with existing IT infrastructure.
  • Customer and Market Analysis – Conducts research and analyses data with guidance (but not constant supervision) in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer and market conditions that enables maximum return on investments.

My client is offering a salary of between £30,000 and £50,000 per annum depending on experience.
