Position Overview

This role forms an integral part of the Navitas Group Marketing team. The position reports to the EGM Global Engagement and will work closely across global Navitas business units. This position will be responsible for sales/marketing, development of a new in market feeder delivery model, implementation/maintenance of Navitas partnerships and program delivery across a range of selected markets. 

 

Key result areas

  • Drive and meet agreed sales targets of delivery partners
  • Prepare evidence based specific sales forecasts
  • Design/develop/promote existing and new project models to prospective partner institutions and educational authorities
  • Consistently engage with destination Marketing Managers and Business Unit based colleagues to develop project models and unique sales and marketing strategies designed to grow sales and market share of in market project
  • Develop commercially viable and sustainable institutional partnership models for Navitas and secure buy-in from colleges and institutional partners
  • Assist and advise on the development and/or improvement of Navitas in market partnership models, products and services
  • Collaborate with skateholders to develop sound Navitas Strategic Marketing and Sales Plans 
  • Provide monthly analysis reports to EGM Global Engagement 
  • Promote the company, actions and products by undertaking necessary and appropriate liaison with various external stakeholders including both government and non-government agencies (AEI, AustCham, BC, Austrade etc)
  • Collaborate with the Regional Managers on the preparation and release of publicity in accordance with established policies and procedures and maintain excellent relations with press, radio, television, national magazines and other media
  • Work with the Digital Marketing team on developing and implementing marketing strategies for institutional partners 
  • Act as project lead in the implementation of the program in the partner institution including delivery of curriculum, appointment of teaching staff, induction of staff, materials and syllabus, ensuring project objectives are met
  • Develop procedures for moderation and teaching training
  • Develop procedures for the enrolment and progression of students from the various project models onto Navitas programs 
  • Liaise with key academic staff in the Navitas Colleges to ensure on-going daily support for staff in the partner institutions.
  • Ensure that marketing, delivery and product comply with ethical and legal standards
  • Prepare In Marketpartnership model project budgets and forecasts

 

 The candidate we seek will have the following

  • Demonstrated success in business development in sales/marketing, preferably in institutional partnership model educational projects
  • High level interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills inclusive of presentation skills
  • Demonstrated and proven ability as a team player
  • Innovative thinking and proactive work habits inclusive of an eye for detail and for new recruitment initiatives
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities and to take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
