System Engineer (BBBH2268) Sydney, Australia
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, process driven and detail-oriented System Engineer to join a fast paced growing MSP.
You will be providing Level 2/3 remote support related to hardware diagnosis/replacement, networking/server/cloud systems management/administration and support, technical faults and service requests.
This role will also be required to attend and conduct site visits and be on a rotating after hours roster.
Technologies:
- Experience with Window Servers 2016/2019
- Must have active Microsoft certifications
- Microsoft product stack
- Active Directory
- Networking background
- HPE Blade Servers
- Storage SANS
- O365, Exchange and Teams
Your role will be to efficiently manage desktops, be able to build new desktops from scratch in a timely manner and be able to perform hardware configuration builds. We are looking for someone who has come from an MSP environment. This role is a 6 month contract opportunity with a very strong chance to go into a permanent role for the right candidate.
