About the role:
As the Rostering Team Leader you will work as part of a team on shift work, providing valuable and life changing services to those most in need. Your responsibilities will include;
- Establish and maintain client rostering of services
- Allocate workload to team
- Contribute to performance reviews
- Monitoring workload quality
- Manage any disputes or issues in the team
- Liaise with key stakeholders on any changes
- Accurately record consumer services and relevant issues
- Support worker management
- Ensure the database is accurate and up to date
- Help reduce costs for staffing needs
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience as a rostering team leader would be highly desired
- Experience in the health sector would be highly desired
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong computer skills
- Professional manner with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Strong Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
- Highly organized
