About the Role
The Student Advisor role is the first point of contact for current students making enquiries in regards to admissions, progression, and education placements. This role is an initial 12 month FTC.
Duties
- Student support via phone, web chat and emails
- Specialised and general academic skills support
- Liaising with University Student Services
- Student HQ, Library Fees, Student Amenities, Association, counselling, graduation and other support services
Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Previous experience within education
- Must have a Bachelors Degree
- Customer Service experience
- Strong Problem-solving skills
- Ability to self-manage
- Attention to detail
