ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant with impeccable attention to detail. You will be supporting the CEO with duties including:
- Extensive diary management
- Travel arrangements both domestic and international
- Social media management of business and personal accounts
- Organise events, seminars and podcasts
- Assist in the arrangement of meetings and take minutes and identify actions when required
- Reconciliation of expenses
- Screen and prioritise incoming mail
- Document preparation, reporting and requests
- PowerPoint presentations
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE
- Ability to build strong working relationships
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Impeccable presentation
- Strong attention to detail
- Exceptional ability to communicate at executive level
- Proven ability to prioritise and multitask
