Our client, a leading technology partner to business and government, at the forefront of everything from electric batteries to high-tech stadium experiences. They are one of the largest technology wholesale group in Asia Pacific Region and currently looking for a Regional Finance Controller / Assistant Manager to join their FP&A Team in Hong Kong.

Job Description:

• Act as a business partner to facilitate and drive business efficiency
• Analyze business KPI and oversee financial & operational performance to support decision making
• Manage KPI performance; facilitate the activities for cost reduction, optimize workflows and control processes
• Handle budgeting & forecast, P&L and Balance Sheet report
• Perform 5-year strategic planning 
• Stringent operating cost controls and management of cash flows
• Responsible for costing, inventory analysis and cost of goods sold (COGS) analysis
• Handle sourcing and evaluate sourcing performance including average unit cost, stock level and SKU count
• Management of supply chain flow and warehouse including distribution cost
• Management of suppliers network including cost reduction, delivery and quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related discipline along with CPA qualification
• Minimum 6 years' FP&A experience in a sizeable MNC corporation
• Experience in Warehousing / Wholesale / Sourcing 
• Experience in Costing / COGS analysis / SKU analysis
• Good business acumen, detail minded and analytical with ability to work in a fast pace environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated leadership ability
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent in verbal and written English & Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferable
