Location: Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 4JH
Salary: £13,520 per annum
Shifts: Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 12:00pm (20 hours per week)
About the Role
We are recruiting for a Part-Time Cleaning Operative to join a professional site-based team in Plympton, Plymouth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-organised working environment that values reliability, high standards, and attention to detail.
Working across designated areas of the site, you will be responsible for carrying out scheduled cleaning duties to a consistently high standard while helping to maintain a clean, safe, and presentable environment for all site users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out all assigned cleaning duties to a consistently high standard
  • Ensure designated areas are cleaned, maintained, and presented appropriately
  • Follow site cleaning schedules, instructions, and company procedures
  • Use cleaning equipment and materials safely and correctly
  • Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to support daily operations

About You

Essential:
  • Available to work Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 12:00pm
  • A minimum of three years commercial cleaning experience
  • Consistent work history with no employment gaps exceeding six months
  • Able to reliably commute to Plympton, PL7 4JH
  • Reliable, conscientious, and able to work independently
  • Good understanding of cleaning schedules, instructions, and safe working procedures

Desirable:
  • A current DBS certificate
  • Experience using commercial cleaning equipment and products
  • Previous experience working within commercial or industrial environments
