Would you like to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business, part of a multi-million-pound group, that values itself at being at the forefront of innovative new products and challenger brands. They are looking for a driven, dynamic & ambitious Senior Technical Manager that wants to help drive the business forward and disrupt the marketplace! (in a good way!)

Role & Responsibilities of the Senior Technical Manager:-

• Lead the global technical strategy for technically taking products to market
• Manage and develop a team of Technical Managers both in the UK and US
• Work closely with overseas manufacturing facilities in the US and Europe
• Ownership of major technical, quality & food safety issues, RCA and implement corrective actions
• Support the selection and onboarding of new manufacturing partners
• Improve efficiency, reduce costs, drive continuous improvement and performance
• Present technical information to senior leaders within the business

Knowledge, Experience & Attributes needed to be the Senior Technical Manager:-

• Character character character!! – driven, ambitious, innovative, motivated, forward thinking
• Knowledge of food safety and technical standards in manufacturing
• Comfortable with traveling overseas to manufacturing facilities
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Able to spin multiple plates, where no day is ever the same
• Previously been involved with NPD & NPi projects
• Results drive – continuous improvement approach
