Development Manager/Architect/Head of IT Development/Head of Software Development/Software Development Manager
Senior Developer / Software Development Manager required for an based in Redditch, where you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the development function to deliver further development of their solutions in the market.
You will have experience in web-based product architecture/development and you must have a commercial, results oriented outlook.

Key Responsibilities of the role
- Experience designing, implementing and continuously improving software development lifecycles in complex environments
- Hands-on software development skills with a strong technical background, preferably within the Microsoft stack/.NET
- Extensive experience working directly with customers to understand their requirements, whilst also designing technical solutions to meet those requirements
- Commercial experience is essential and be able to contribute to strategic decision of the business
Key Skills required,
- SQL Database and Coding experience
- Product/Solutions Architecture
- Overseeing of Front End Development
- Microsoft .Net Framework experience
Salary
The salary for this position is between £48,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience and performance bonus
