About the Role:

We are currently seeking Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join our client based in Havant - Hampshire. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient, testing, grading and recycling of waste products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for compliance and change management
• Working closely with the warehouse operatives and drivers
• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
• Reporting accurate information monthly and quarterly
• Maintaining accurate logs of work completed and equipment usage
• Assist with any other warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid UK Counterbalance Forklift licence
• Proven work experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety Regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well with colleagues
• Good excel knowledge with the ability to input, retrieve and analyse date
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
