General Operative- Arborfield 1 Shift pattern £23,500 

We have a new opportunity for a General Operative to join a well-established small-medium sized Recycling company, in Arborfield near Reading. This is a hands-on General operative role where you will either be stripping equipment cleaning parts ready to be redistributed or checking orders/picking and packing products in the warehouse using hand held scanners, ,

Job Title: General Operative

Location: Arborfield

Salary: £23,500 per annum

Hours: 08:00-16:00 Monday-Friday 35 hour working week

Key Responsibilities of a General Operative

·       Stripping equipment - cleaning parts ready to be redistributed

·       Checking orders/picking and packing products in the warehouse using hand held scanner

·       Loading and unloading

·       Yard Operative duties as/where required

·       Ensuring on site health and safety standards are adhered too

Requirements of a General Operative

• Ideally experience within a similar position
• Happy with lifting and shifting products
• Working within a recycling plant environment
