Your role
As the Business Relationship Manager your role purpose is to
- Own the relationship between the business and its IT delivery teams
- Shape IT solutions at a strategic level
- Consider and advise on emerging technologies
- Communicate business benefits and expected ROI
- Ensure business readiness for IT solutions
- Manage communication with IT delivery through the end-to-end delivery processes.
To be successful in this role your current strengths and experience will include.
- Strong business communication skills at executive and senior leadership level
- Knowledge of manufacturing businesses, ideally Food, beverage or pharmaceutical sectors
- Experience with one or more of the following, ERP, RDI, POS, EDI, Supply chain solutions and a keen interest in emerging technologies including AI or IoT.
- Knowledge of one or more of the following business functions, sales and operations, manufacturing, consumer engagement, demand planning and forecasting, supply chain.
