Your role purpose

As Program Director, you will lead a new range of programs designed to improve engagement and service to a wide range of business customers of this established ASX listed organisation. This program is part of a broader strategic business growth objective, and therefore this is a critical role. 

These programs will enable organisational growth, process improvements and support standardisation of internal processes, pricing and products.

As Program Director, you will manage the high-level program strategy, shape delivery of the work program, including leading the presentation of business cases, discussion on ROI, building an effective relationship with a delivery partner, and establishing an internal program team consisting of Project Managers Change, Business Analysts, Testing and Integration professionals. 

The organisation has established ERP and CRM solutions that will be the foundation for future digitisation programs. Therefore, this program team will collaborate with the CIO and technology program office to ensure that future customer digital solutions are aligned with the overall technology strategy and deliver a seamless customer engagement.
