Our Lawrence, MA manufacturing client is looking for a positive and professional Customer Service Representative to join their growing team.
This is an in-office position, Monday- Friday 8am-4pm.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professionally assist customers via phone and email with inquiries.
• Accurately entering data for sales orders and maintaining customer accounts.
• Ability to work professionally with Production and Shipping to ensure orders are processed to customer specifications.
