We are working closly with a well established and growing clinic in Victoria Point, seeking an experienced Dentist to join their team during a time of significant growth. 

The team is looking for a confident and clinically experienced Dentist with a background in complex extractions and endodontics, to step in and deliver essential treatments to an extensive, loyal patient base. You will play a key role in reducing external referrals and keeping high-value treatments in house.

THE ROLE 

• 5 chair clinic equipped with modern technology
• Deliver high-quality general dentistry including surgical extractions and complex RCT 
• Immediate patient flow, including reallocated referrals and high-demand treatments
• Existing clinicians fully booked weeks in advance
• 40% of billings with high earning potential 
• Initial 2 day per week with pathway to full time 
• Opportunity to grow into a senior/lead dentist role

ABOUT YOU 

To be the successful candidate, you will have

• Current AHPRA registration
• 7+ years’ experience in Australian private practice
• Proven capability in surgical and complex dental procedures
• A patient-first approach with strong communication skills
• Motivation to grow and maximise an untapped treatment stream
