About the role

Reporting directly into the SAP Program leadership and PMO, you will serve as the central point of contact for all reporting and analytics activities. This includes close collaboration with cross-functional business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to ensure reporting solutions align with program goals. You will oversee KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level analytics to support financial, operational, and supply chain decision-making.

Duties

• Define and lead the end-to-end reporting and analytics strategy for the SAP transformation program.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture KPIs, reporting requirements, and data visualization needs.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of reports and dashboards using SAC, Fiori, and Power BI.

• Standardise and rationalise reporting to eliminate duplication and promote consistent insights.

• Oversee governance, ensuring high data quality, secure access, and adherence to compliance standards.

• Manage the full lifecycle of reporting deliverables – from requirements through to testing, deployment, and user adoption.

• Provide timely reporting and risk updates to the PMO and program leadership.

• Mentor and lead a team, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

Skills & experience

• 10+ years’ Reporting & Analytics experience in ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA.

• Proven expertise in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and Power BI, including integration with SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Strong understanding of SAP data structures and core modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM).

• Leadership across at least 3 end-to-end SAP implementations with reporting strategy ownership.

• Strong background in data governance, KPI standardisation, and reporting architecture design.

• Skilled in agile and hybrid delivery methodologies for BI projects.

• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
