SAP SCM Consultant (BBBH12510) Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD120000 - AUD150000 per annum + plus super

This role will play a key part in end-to-end transformation programs, working across design, configuration, and deployment of modern SAP supply chain solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, best-practice processes aligned to S/4HANA standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP MM and SD solutions aligned with S/4HANA best practices.
  • Configure and support core MM and SD processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
  • Participate in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations across Private and Public Cloud environments.
  • Support data migration activities including data cleansing, validation, and load using tools such as LTMC.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process standardisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (FI/CO, PP, EWM) to ensure seamless integration across the supply chain.
  • Assist in system testing phases including unit testing, SIT, and UAT to ensure solution quality.
  • Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Contribute to documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials.
  • Stay up to date with S/4HANA innovations, particularly in Public Cloud standard processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on SAP experience, with a focus on MM and SD modules.
  • Exposure to at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation (Private or Public Cloud preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Experience with SAP ECC environments and transition to S/4HANA is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools such as LTMC or LSMW.
  • Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules (FI/CO, PP, EWM).
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced consulting environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira is beneficial.
