What to expect

With a unique approach to mental health support worker, you’ll be working with your clients wider support network; healthcare professionals and their family members to support them with independent living, all within a familiar and comfortable home environment.

You will have an in depth understanding and passion for working with adults with mental health and learning disabilities support needs. Being able to provide positive experiences are essential, and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on a one to basis. Patience, good communication and listening skills are important.

This service has a number of opportunities for both a waking night worker, and also day staff with occasional sleep-ins.

What you’ll need

You’ll be 100% committed to the needs of the person with previous experience as a Support Worker.
