THE ROLE
Working with our mine operator and mining contractor clients you will be an integral part of the team delivering production load and haul services in a busy open pit mining environment.
You will be operating a variety of Haul Trucks and Moxy's to Dozers, Loaders and Excavators to contribute to the overall project targets and have a high regard for workplace safety, processes and for your colleagues. In return you will have the opportunity to be involved in major FIFO projects with opportunities for full time permanent conversion.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Able to obtain a clear National Police Clearance
- Minimum 12 months of civil operating experience
- Experience on Nightshift (some positions are permanent Nights)
- Previous operation of 100T + Haul Trucks including;
- CAT 777 Mechanical Haul Trucks
- CAT 740 Moxy and Moxy Watercart
- CAT D9 - D11 Dozer
- CAT 988 Loader
- up to 100t Excavators
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
- Strong understanding and adherence to OHS requirements
