About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Farm Hand with the opportunity to be trained and grow into a Lead Farm Hand role. This position involves a range of farming tasks, including flower picking, bunching, and farm maintenance, with the chance to take on more responsibility as you gain experience.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform manual labour tasks across the farm
• Pick and process flowers, including bunching and packaging
• Deliver flowers to customers
• Assist with irrigation management
• Carry out maintenance tasks on the farm
• Plant seedlings and maintain crops
• Ensure a clean, safe workplace while adhering to health and safety policies
• Assist with other farming tasks as directed by management

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Experience:

• No previous experience in the flower/farming industry is required
• Preference for individuals with experience in manual labour or outdoor work
• A strong work ethic and a positive attitude are essential

Career Progression:
