The Recruitment Co are currently looking for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy, vibrant office in Hull.
You will be joining a friendly, growing team - this is a challenging and fast paced role with opportunities for career progression; the job exists immediately on a temporary to permanent basis for the successful candidate.

HU9
Hours:
Monday - Sunday (7.5 hours per day)
Shift patterns between 7am - 10pm
You will be required to work 5/7 per week on a rota basis
*Part time hours also avaialble from 16 HRS p/w*
Pay:
£9.90 per hour
As a Customer Service Advisor you will have excellent customer communication skills and be passionate and experienced in delivering a high standard of customer service.
You will be required to:
Answer incoming calls from customers to deal with any queries to include - lost cards, accessibility issues, trains/buses running late
Calling customers back to help resolve issues and outcomes to queries
Dealing with customer complaints and resolving them in a timely manner
You will have/be:
Excellent communication skills
Computer literate with Microsoft Office
Able to work flexible and approach to tasks and be able to suit the changing needs of the business
Able to work as part of a team and off your own initiative
Be reliable and have a positive attitude
