Community Physiotherapist | Bondi OR Western Sydney Catchment

I’m currently recruiting for two separate permanent Physiotherapy positions with a well-established and highly supportive community-based organisation - one position covering the Bondi catchment and one covering the Western Sydney catchment.

You’ll enjoy a strong support network, an established caseload, flexible working arrangements and great earning potential.

The Role

Both positions involve managing an established community caseload across NDIS, aged care and post-operative rehabilitation.

Start date: Within 2–3 weeks (flexible)
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time – flexible hours
Location: Bondi Catchment OR Western Sydney Catchment
Caseload: 28–30 billable hours per week (45-minute appointments)
Clients: NDIS, aged care, post-op rehabilitation
Work style: Community-based, with flexibility to complete documentation from home during work hours. You’ll manage your own schedule as long as your caseload is met.

• Salary up to $110,000 + Super (based on experience)
