Job Title: Tug Driver – Port Operations
Location: Immingham
Salary: £15.07 p/h
Contract: 176 guarenteed hour per hour contract

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Tug Drivers to join our operations team at Stafforce. As a Tug Driver, you will play a vital role in the safe and efficient movement of trailers, containers, and cargo around the port, supporting smooth ship loading and unloading operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate terminal tractors/tugs to move trailers and containers within the port.

• Position and secure cargo accurately for loading and discharge.

• Work closely with loading teams, supervisors, and vessel planners to meet schedules.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.

• Adhere to all port health & safety and traffic management procedures.

• Support general port duties as required.

About You

• Full UK driving licence (essential).

• Experience operating terminal tractors, tugs, or similar heavy vehicles (desirable but training can be provided).

• Safety-first attitude with strong awareness of port and yard operations.

• Flexible approach to working hours, including nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
