Stores Person – Join Our Team!

Based in Immingham

£12.70 per hour (to increase in April)

Mon - Fri 7am - 1pm

Are you organised, reliable and passionate about maintaining high standards? We’re looking for a Stores Person to support our operations by ensuring all stock, deliveries and storage areas are managed safely, accurately and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Key Responsibilities

As a Stores Person, you will:

• Receive deliveries, check quality, verify delivery details and complete temperature checks to meet company standards.
• Store all items in the correct designated areas, following effective stock rotation procedures.
• Follow safe manual handling techniques and use trolleys and equipment as required.
• Work in line with SLAs, following instructions from your line manager.
• Provide a friendly, efficient service to clients, stakeholders and customers across all departments.
• Complete all required documentation accurately to meet company and industry regulations.
• Maintain clear and positive communication with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
• Carry out general duties to ensure production areas and equipment meet Company standards.
• Participate in any job‑related training to support your development.
• Report all accidents and near misses in line with Health & Safety protocols.
• Wear the correct uniform and PPE at all times.
• Ensure preparation, production and presentation methods follow company procedures.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety, Food Safety, HACCP, COSHH, Cook Chill and hygiene regulations.
• Use equipment safely, reporting any faults immediately and removing unsafe items from use.
• Attend safety awareness courses and staff safety forums as required.
• Accurately complete all check sheets and operational documentation.
