The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be part of the team supporting operations across the Humber Ports. Duties include handling cargo, supporting loading/unloading, and ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently – indoors and outdoors, in all weather conditions.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• Health & Safety awareness

• Team player with a flexible approach

• Willingness to learn and work outdoors

Desirable (but not essential – training provided):

• Full UK driving licence

• Forklift Truck, Shovel or HGV licence (valid or expired)

• Experience in similar roles (e.g., Port Operative, Stevedore, Plant/Forklift Driver, Vehicle Banksman, Quarry Operative, Crane Driver, Warehouse Operative)

• Radio communication experience
