Sales Coordinator – Andover - Permanent - £35,000-£42,000 per annum

 

We’re looking for a Sales Coordinator to support a busy sales function, delivering an exceptional customer experience on every transaction and helping to maximise account potential. You’ll work closely with the external sales team to manage enquiries, produce accurate quotations and keep orders moving.

 

Salary: £35,000–£42,000 per annum (DOE)

Location: Andover (office-based)

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities of a sales coordinator

  • Handle quotation enquiries via phone and email
  • Process enquiries generated by the external sales team
  • Make outbound Pre-Quote Calls to understand requirements and progress opportunities
  • Support quote follow-up activity in line with the sales rep’s plan
  • Assist customer service with order processing and answering incoming calls when required
  • Support with growing existing accounts
